Nowadays, one of the hottest topics among the general public is the phenomenon that private cars are becoming more and more prevalent in China. Whenever it comes to this issue, there will spring up a wide variety of voices. Some people view it as beneficial, while some others hold a negative attitude to it. As far as I am concerned, the former viewpoint seems more convincing and more appealing to me.
To illustrate my viewpoint, some significant arguments can be summarized as follows. To begin with, it goes without saying that developing private cars can boost and prompt the local economy to grow more rapidly. In addition, if conditions permit, owning a car can make us work more efficiently. Last but not the least, private cars will make our life become more convenient. With a car we can go to places where regular buses and trains cannot get.
There is no doubt that people will have diverse views on the same issue, but my standpoint is clear and well founded in the preceding discussions. I do believe that this phenomenon should be encouraged rather than discouraged or even banned.

To begin with, with the rapid development of our economy and society, we are becoming wealthier, so more and more people can afford to buy expensive houses. They have become the major contributors to the prosperity of the property market.
